Shipping & Returns
COGIC Publishing House uses several shipping methods to deliver your order to you. Most orders are charged a flat rate but adjustments may be made for large or heavy packages and destination. If you require your package sooner, please let us know to expedite the process. Please read below for additional express shipping information and be aware express shipping charges will apply to each box shipped.
We ship only mail to P.O. Boxes please includes a physical address for delivery Standard Shipping Rates. We will contact you if the charges are over 10% of your order. Actual shipping charges will be displayed in the checkout prior to completing the order. Shipping carriers will vary; we use UPS, FedEx and USPS (APO Addresses only).

If an item is out of stock and not expected within 2 weeks, we can backorder the item or cancel it. You will be notified on its status.
After processing your order, an invoice will appear with your order number. This is your order confirmation. Please print a copy of it and refer to the order number for questions on your order. Shortly after processing your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation
Delivery time for Express Shipments is 1-3 business days AFTER the order ships. (Depending on the product and location).
COGIC Publishing House STRONGLY encourages you to allow enough time for your order to be properly processed and shipped. But, for your convenience, we are happy to offer Express Delivery for most destinations. However, please be aware that many factors may delay the arrival of your package including time of year, weather, holidays and human error. For this reason, please order early!
COGIC Publishing House is not liable for reimbursement of shipping charges if delivery date is not met for any reason.
We will do our best to arrange reimbursement with the carrier, if possible. Express shipping fees start at $35 per package. Additional shipping charges (if applicable) will be added after order has been processed and weighed. Method of delivery Depends on the carrier selected, if you have a preference of carrier please notify us before the order is shipped. Your order may also arrive via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Please be advised that a signature is required. If you are not available when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left and you can make arrangements with the carrier for pickup. Please let us know if you would like to "waive" the signature and have the box left unattended. COGIC Publishing House is not responsible for missing packages.
COGIC Publishing House is happy to offer shipping to some overseas countries*. Because shipping fees vary greatly depending on destination and weight of box, an adjustment on the shipping fees will be added at the time the order ships. In order to keep your shipping charges down, we usually ship via US Postal Service (Global Express). If you prefer FedEx, please let us know. The rates are substantially higher.
NOTE: COGIC Publishing House will review every order thoroughly before processing and shipping any order. Orders that are deemed fraudulent or contain inaccurate information will be cancelled without notice. All overseas orders must include the following information: billing information must be an exact match to the credit card information. We cannot ship to a different address.
Wrong Item Received
Please contact us if you have received the wrong item. We will issue you a return authorization with instructions.
If the error was on our part, special air express will be customer’s responsibility or we will reimburse shipping charges to send back (ground delivery only). If you need the correct item immediately, we will process a new order and your credit card will be charged accordingly (excluding shipping charges if the error was on our part). You will receive a credit when the returned item is received. If you prefer to be charged only once, you will send the order back and we will make the proper exchange.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at customer’s expense. Please use the following instructions for all return requests:
Email or call with the following information:
Order ID Number, Order Date, and Reason for return, Full name and address. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and invoice.
No returns of any kind will be accepted after 30 days of purchase; there is a $10.00 restocking fee and only 25% of the order may be returned per quarter.
After approval from our returns department, you will be given a return authorization number. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Any box which does not have this number will be refused.
Returns are processed once each month. Allow 3-4 weeks for credit to be applied. Orders that were paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. We do NOT refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of credit.
Please follow these rules when shipping:
1. Do NOT use electrical tape to package boxes. This can cause damage to the scanners used by all shipping companies and most will not accept boxes packed this way. Use only sturdy brown or clear packing tape.
2. Use only boxes designed for shipping. Do NOT use "gift" boxes.
3. Remember our motto: "If it shakes, it breaks".
4. Return items in their packaging with all tags attached. Items showing any signs of wear or use will be returned at customer’s expense. Items must be in re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for the safe return of the package.
