Quick Overview

“Apocalypse,” “apocalyptic,” “Millennium,” “Great Tribulation,” “antichrist,”  “New Jerusalem”-do you know what these words mean?  This spring quarter we will dig deep into the mind of Apostle John whom God revealed the “Revelation” and answer the questions above.

In this study we will hit only the high points, “the final banquet” at which all the redeemed will be present as we sit with the King of Kings.

Preface

“Apocalypse,” “apocalyptic,” “Millennium,” “Great Tribulation,” “antichrist,”  “New Jerusalem”-do you know what these words mean?  This spring quarter we will dig deep into the mind of Apostle John whom God revealed the “Revelation” and answer the questions above.

In this study we will hit only the high points, “the final banquet” at which all the redeemed will be present as we sit with the King of Kings.

Before we study Revelation, though, we have four lessons from another writing of the Apostle John: I John focusing on Christian love, a theme always needing reiteration. Since this is the primary sign of genuine Christian discipleship, we must take seriously the command to “love another”. Knowing the many problems facing churches today makes this a relevant study.   Eternal life came only from following the Son of God.

This will discuss the celebration of Easter and the events that surrounding Palm Sunday and another on the resurrection of Christ. God is wonderful, just, and powerful. He is truly worthy of our praise.
