 Preface

The fruit of the Spirit is given to the believer for a reason.  The Word of the Lord teaches us that it is first natural and then spiritual, so we must understand that simply eating certain fruit can help many illnesses.  So it is with the spirit man, he must eat certain spiritual fruit.  If you have no joy, eat some joy, it is a fruit. But you must realize that the “fruit” of the Spirit is a composite description of what the Christian lifestyle and character traits are all about……….an unbroken whole. Unlocked in these “fruit” are the riches of a Christ centered personality. Waiting for each believer to allow the Spirit of God to unlock and allow Christ to be formed in each one of us. The fruit of the Spirit is produced in God’s children as they allow the Spirit to direct and influence their lives that the influence will be so powerful that it will destroy the power of sin, and walk in fellowship with God.

It is my prayer that as we study this quarter the Holy Spirit will enrich each one of us and cause us to share as never before the saving, healing, and delivering power of our savior Jesus Christ to a deeply distressed and troubled world.
