Under the dynamic leadership of Bishop Samuel l. Green of the St. John c.o.g.i.c. out of  New Port News Virginia, comes the anointed music ministry of Cynthia Edwards. After 43 years of service and still going strong Cynthia graces the church offering every Sunday with her melodious vocals with a jazzy gospel flair. Her pastor gave her this platform so that when she’s ready the lord will send her all over the world to minister. Pastor always commented that Cynthia sounds like ‘Mahalia’. God continues to bring her up through the ranks, through trials and tribulations.  Cynthia says,  ‘after waiting on God for direction, All he said was simply  ‘It's Time’.
