Preface

As we prepare to celebrate the Good News of Jesus this season we will discuss the punishment of Judah and the hope for their future. The prophet Micah was sent to share with Judah the truth about their actions, hoping that they would listen and turn from their wicked ways.

How blessed we are that God sent His Son Jesus to our rescue. The apostle Paul wrote to the Colossians to express the importance of knowing Jesus Christ and His priority in their lives.  As Christians, we can rest, assured that Jesus is our Provider who fulfilled the Law. Only Jesus is able to make us righteous. Jesus has all authority.

Building a relationship with Jesus we will run into all kinds of people. The Epistle of John encourages us to watch out for false teachers. Everyone does not believe that Jesus is reincarnated. Jesus is the Light of the world. Jesus is able to overshadow darkness. As we continue through these lessons we will experience the deity through the Gospel of John.

Let us discuss the life of a Christian a little further. A Christian’s lifestyle is crucial. Our entire body and mind must be like Jesus. True fellowship with your sisters and brothers in your ministry is vital for harmony in the body of Christ.  We were set free from the penalty of sin by Jesus.   Even the Jews acknowledged that they wanted the eternal bread of life, until they realized that Jesus is the Bread of Life that came to give eternal life to all who believe in Him.

We will continue to discuss the importance of feeding our spirit more of Jesus.  We are blessed when we hunger and thirst after righteousness. Jesus is our Good Shepherd and He will take care of us.  Jesus has authority of life and death; Mary and Martha experienced firsthand His authority.

There are a few Doubting Thomases that still don’t believe that the only way to get to Heaven is through Jesus. Following the rules and regulations will not get us there.   Jesus   is the Way to the Father, but He is also Truth made flesh. As God in the flesh, He could be none other than Truth.
